Nothing has changed. Except they've issued another 100 million shares or so. Same scam it always was. Cheers!

TJ, Medinahs secretary (Ken Tanchuck?) called me recently regarding rectifying a share imbalance with my brokerage. He stated that there are about 10 brokerage firms that have not adequately settled with them regarding conversion of old shares to new. In regards to the property in Chile...currently no activity...the serious health problems with the head geologist set them back.....as well as a lack of financing. In regard to lawsuits....some activity in pursuit of internet posters....identities were turned over to Medinah. That's the least of my concerns....when I inquired as to any efforts being made with pursuit of brokerage houses and phantom shares... I was informed that they received some ridiculous offer for I believe 25 million shares....other than that, they are 'still gathering evidence'. That's all that I know, draw your own conclusions...I've drawn mine. Vince Moretto
