I wonder just how outraged these people will be about AMD using their cash to line Jerry's pockets? Will they bother to do a study of a year by year buyback verses Jerry's options exercises?

Elmer - I agree - Jerry Sanders has been looting shareholders - voting himself more shares - and now using AMD's cash to buy back shares on the open market and then give them to himself.

If AMD was a growing thriving company I wouldn't spend much time faulting him. But for the last 15 years or so AMD has gone nowhere while Jerry has used this scheme to milk a fortune from AMD's treasury. It's too bad these Droids can't see their own hypocrisy.
