One can argue that at a time like now, talking like your SF friend did, may be akin to screaming "Fire" in a theater. It isn't but, some people, probably including many patrons at the gym may see his speech very much like the word "Fire". One can argue that those who called the FBI were just using their right to free speech as well. Once something is called into the FBI in the light of 9/11 don't they at least have to 'file a report'? willyb Not sure how I feel about the article.
