I mean, Enron is only the largest bankruptcy ever so I'm not saying it's a very big deal, BUT it's the uncertainty which is the worst.

What is most desperately needed now as emergency measures is:

1. Guidelines from the SEC scam as to WHICH scams are the "right" scams that by definition HAVE gotten away with ANYTHING and will go on getting away with anything. It is intolerable when investors get those "wrong" fraud nuclear bombs blowing up with little or no warning.

2. Guidelines as to the maximum number of accounts this fraud driven mess can use simultaneously. I can live with one for the taxman, one for the SEC scam, one for Don Luigi and maybe 5-10 to defraud money out of some brain dead bankers but that should be it.
