re: Samsung SCH-N300 at Verizon

<< Verizon Wireless, ... said customers can order the Verizon Wireless SCH-N300 E-911 capable phone from Samsung online >>

This is a pretty important announcement for Samsung.

This is the first handset that Samsung has qualified at Verizon and so far as I know it is their first "tri-mode" (AMPS 800/CDMA 800 & 1900).

Verizon is pricing the phone at $179.99 (plus $30 Activation Fee) with a 1-Year Contract.
