Speaking of emails. Does this sound similar? Something about "we are behind on responding, please be assured will we respond asap. Do not respond to this email. It is autogenerated." And then two weeks pass without a response? And then the customer service manager hangs up on you? And then Dell reduces the price (per website) on your listed as 'In Stock' unshipped item by $100 while you are still waiting?

How is that? Anybody? Can't ship an item, but can reduce prices on it? Why would Dell want to do that? Sounds like lost profits or something to me? Or the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
