You have many questions and I can't answer them all.

There are industrial plants and they are monitored so the wastes are controlled.

Salads aren't grown in the area except for gardens. Who eats the grain? You may have if you have ever eaten corn or soy products or oil.

You can wash your car where you want. We have 10 minute oil changes and that is what most use.
