Brigadier Mohammad Yaqub said the confrontation over Kashmir and other issues is so "highly explosive" that "even a small, little incident can result in a chain reaction which nobody will be able to control." He said an all-out war would be "horrific for the entire world" - and could lead to an exchange of attacks using atomic weapons.
