While there is little mention of the fact that (contrary to certain analyst's projections) QCOM has not warned, it may have not escaped the notice of the market movers. However, isn't this surprising in light of the fact that there was a recent press release from QCOM regarding continuing forgiveness of interest payments from Vesper? Also, I have not seen the constant warnings of earnings shortfalls, in general, this quarter vs. the 3 quarter. Is this positive evidence that a bottom has been reached?
