Do you know what video card you have?
If you do go to the manufactures web site and get
the drivers. If you're not sure about your video
card right click My Computer, click properties,
click device manager and click the "+" next to Display
Adopters. I haven't used 95 for a while so the click
stream might be a tad off but should be close enough
to get you there.

I'm assuming you have checked the display properties to check what your color settings are. Try this page for some help.
