Interesting, the same thing you admire. "no state income tax" is the same thing liberal politicians have been trying to change for years.

If our leftist taxaholic governor had his way, he would enact a state income tax tomorrow. After all, he has no problem raising gas taxes 7 cents a gallon during a recession, and while our unemployment rate is nearly the highest in the country. (I believe Oregon just passed us as number one). So, I'm pretty sure he thinks a state income tax would be a positive move too.

My guess is that it (no state income tax) won't last. Especially if the liberal leadership lasts for too long. Your state has one of the highest tax rates for hotels and rental cars btw. Obscenely high rates. Your state's philosophy is that it is better to take someone else's money to fix your problems. Typical demo thinking. Get it from someone else.
