Chris: GE's chart is very interesting, isn't it? You made note of it the other day, when it wasn't participating in the rally. I think you mentioned the gap below it, too.

It looks interesting as a possible short. The danger would be that it could form into a cup & handle of sorts, break above resistance at the upper Donchian channel, reach for the 200, defy the 200's downward slope and move higher. Seems unlikely, but that's the cautionary note.

Otherwise, it looks like a short. I'm not suggesting that anyone short it (I'm not shorting it now), but only raising it for TA discussion. If the market tanks, it could head to the gap and maybe lower (to the lower Donchian channel). Of course, it could do anything, for that matter.
