The chart indicators are mixed but the MACD appears to be poised for a crossover which would be bullish. PHN's latest news looks good, they predict they will exceed their projected enrolment figures. Now can this news when announced pick up the volume and the share price is the next question that will soon be answered. Good luck with this pick, ** Al
