Good answear. I have seen a lot of 6% being payed this year with no stock. I seen these guys do 7% plus stock!

Not such a good deal!

This is what the just wrote with CNB! Poor

Haywood Securities Inc. will act as agent for the financing and be paid a commission of 7.5 per cent of gross proceeds from the sale of the shares and units and receive broker warrants equal to 10 per cent of the total number of shares and units sold.

Claude:

I've only just realised the significance of this PR from AGF funds about SWG, from back in April:

newswire.ca

AGF used to own about 3 million shares -- and as an owner of more than 10% of the company they had to report on their transactions in the past. But this PR shows them with 1.8 million shares or only 9.69% of the SWG total -- so they don't have to report their trades any more.

I presume AGF has been continuing to sell the stock over the last month or so, which would account for the poor performance.

Any comments?

Regards,
Howy
