Direct link to ybr sedars - sedar.com Anybody know if they have near-term plans to graduate out of tier 3, get a non-Y ticker? ... i don't know exactly what is involved in so doing, how much paperwork and historical auditing etc that they have to do ... they don't need to file an AIF for tier 2, do they? ... better to file one anyway, fairly soon, imho - takes up management time and energy, but it's just one of the steps of good business .... this McAdam sounds like a serious individual, looks like they want to make something out of this company, eh .... happy new year to ya, charred ... cheers
