I agree wholeheartedly! But, I am distressed, when working in schools, to see that there is so much support and no redirection, that many of these young girls continue to have unprotected sex and get pregnant again. And many of the other young girls see the cute little babies on campus and want one too...without any idea of the consequences and responsibility that having a baby entails.

Are you proposing this as a right or a privilege? Or are you suggesting, yet, another entitlement program at the expense of taxpayers?
