Actually, I would support a program that educated pregnant girls together away from the main campus of a high school. There they could receive the remainder of their education, get child care tips and supports and not be either discriminated against or applauded for their pregnancy.

The cost should not exceed what a per pupil education would cost. If a girl choose to attend the local high school, no special program would be implemented for her there.

Towns/cities are responsible, according to court decisions, for the education of all their children. This includes setting up special programs within the school as well as paying for special programs that they do not have. When a student has a serious disability, special need, or is considered to be a juvenile with antisocial or psychological disorders, the sending jurisdiction pays for the cost of education within any program including secure lock-up programs.

Very costly!
