Nadine-- they only way to stop them is death. You are thinking of fighting an army or sane people. Even death they look forward to if it comes from an enemy. They have nothing to 'live' for. Weak minds are a serious problem that needs eliminated from the gene pool of the world. Too much dope maybe? Towels wrapped too tight? Genetics? There is no talking to them to change their mind. Read of those released from jail only to go on to bigger things. Idiots do not need a 'ringleader'. Give them a stupid idea and tell them when complete they will be a hero then wait-- as they will complete their assignment. Think of the mentality-- suicide bombers, prison uprisings, planes into buildings,,,,,,,, IMO you are dreaming by thinking selective killing will eliminate the problem-- there is always another fool waiting for his moment of fame to fill the void-- one that may be worse.
