Hi Steve - I believe the Belgians are feeling their oats having got their hands on Milosevic and all... Brussels should stick to declaring major company mergers illegal, and stay out of international politics they don't understand. (Not that I'm declaring they understand globalization either.) The European hypocrisy really sticks in my craw sometimes. They sat on their hands during all the Rwanda genocide, then when the smoke cleared they went after a few token ring leaders in that one. But everyone knew the shit that was going down beforehand - oh well, it was Africans killing other Africans, couldn't be serious.
