No problem; I;m sure the Israelis just needed to make a few copies. ;-( Smyth's attorney, James D. Riddet, refused to comment on his client's motives for shipping the devices, saying he would address the issue during sentencing. And his mouthpiece will swear to it. In an interview on television's "60 Minutes" last year, Milchan denied any involvement in the krytron deal but said he had allowed the Israeli government to use his company as a conduit for trading with the United States. And this clown walked????? How about 50 years for jaywalking? Israel returned most of the krytrons after Smyth's indictment and claimed they were never intended for use in a nuclear weapons program. Ah, I feel so much better. Last time we pissed them off they sunk a "destroyer"; next time they'll take out a city or two.
