Gee, previously you argued that the GOP wanted to improve highways - while neglecting mass transit.

Every mass transit system designed and backed by Dems has been a failure - just like all their social programs. Their response? More money.

As for your inconsequential local races, of course Bush would have no impact. Bush will help restore the GOP Senate majority from Daschle's obstructionist Dem plurality.
