Can't disagree with any of that.

I saw some talk the other day about some bill that some congresscritter is introducing that limits how 401k money can be distributed. IMO it is none of their business if I want to put 100% of my money in EToys or GE or ENE. If I want to take the gamble, that is my decision.

Agree completely with the elimination of capital gains taxes.

Now, I agree with you 1000% on the capital gains tax issue. It's a drag on a capitalistic system.
