He is a good chef and should do OK. Hope they show it here, and he takes a trip up the East Coast first. You guys are sooo lucky having stuff like lobsters in economic supply. I noticed the tendency for extremes in the USA. The super diet foods and the super rich foods. But beside that there is all the cultural diversity. Man how I loved those sandwiches too! Unfortunately one of the two "old fat ladies" has passed on. Saw a few of their shows, found them most interesting. They cater for the upper crust, labor intensive, dishes though. We are not all suited to the life of the servant -g- I will finish with this. Your typical American is a diligent hard working type. I found myself that work can instill a huge amount of stress, especially as a young single person. I found cooking my own food a stress relief valve. Things go wrong of course, but leaves clues how to improve, over time things work out. With a little attitude adjustment, it is a wonderful experience. Physical exercise works too of course, but each method has only limited success. Combining several methods works well imho. Amazing how you can pull with some slightly developed cooking skills -lol-
