If you are talking about 3DMark 2001 your score isn't too bad considering that you use "only" a GF2MX IIRC. Big scores are in the >6000 range but you'll have to use an overclocked GF3 to achieve that scores. 3DMark 2001 is mainly video card limited so it doesn't make much of a difference what CPU you are using. And for people that only play casually a GF2MX will do just fine IMO.
