I don't like the proposed count, most of all because of the green '2' wave -- I just don't buy that.

The one big problem with the count is that in the DOW, the low of wave 1 is 10,120 has been exceeded. Most likely the DOW and the S&P are in similar counts and the DOW has invalidated this count already. This bounce is not a 4. Thus, the last move from 1316 to the 945 low is complete at 3 waves which makes it part oc a corrective pattern, and corrective patterns don't end with 3 waves. There has to be a 5 wave move left and we now have one off the low.
