Yes Kelvin, but if we want more people involved we need to increase the base. Many use the same amount of dollars (which is fine) that the did when the port was twice as large and thus squeezing from others. More people and less available.

It would change the basic structure of limited capital for the port as a whole but it still constrains each person to a limited amount of resources. What I really like is that people will not be upset when there is no money to buy something they want. They have an amount allocated to them.

Also, I think it still keeps record keeping simple as long as we don't have 100 new people starting up. That may have to be limited in some way to a number.
