Earlie,

We have about 8 to 12 inches of snow on the ground. The temps are in the single digits in the evening to 20 F during the day. So far a mild winter. We did not get this snow until a couple of days before Christmas. There was some concern that we would not have a white Christmas and Minneapolis was ready to strike Christmas until we had a snow fall. <ggg>

I worked for GE in New York during the 80's and that lake effect snow is a serious event. <g>
