Our service people do not need a high school diploma to go and fight for our country. They only need to pass various tests. Many kids did not have the opportunity to attend and finish high school for various reasons and you know many of the diploma's are only a notice of attendance not achievement.

If these folks can pass tests for reading etc that the transportation department has set up then I think having the experience is acceptable. "lack of high school graduation should be a red flag the application does not have these qualities." Why would you not give them the opportunity of taking a test to qualify? You would fire them even if they pass these exams because they do not have a high school diploma?.
