Yes true. My point was not so much as to when the lowered capex can be recovered, but to point out that you can't look at the snapshot in time and analyze and then predict a gloom and doom scenerio (like bambs and some others do). If the demand were to never go up again, then in a high fixed-cost business like Intel, a lot of profits can be reclaimed by cutting costs.
