And a Happy New Year to you, Mr Forthright!! hmmm....a summary of the last 18 months' events is a rather difficult undertaking... As far as AZNT is concerned, Sylver, Loricchio Jr, and the company have been sued by the SEC for fraud, forgery, stock manipulation and a host of other things. The case was filed quite some time ago, but at the moment it seems to be stalled. Sylver, much dismayed, ranted and raved and tried to list the company on the Niphix. He eventually succeeded in getting it delisted from both the Niphix and the Pink. The stock now trades only at Sylver's website. Why the Feds haven't closed down that little operation is beyond me. The idiot twins, Dobry and Kuhns, belatedly realized they'd been had. But naturally they're still blaming everthing on the Nasty Bashers. Dobry's gone completely round the bend. He's fabricated a truly amazing conspiracy theory that involves literally thousands of individuals and entities. He lost a lawsuit to Michael Zwebner, who's currently trying to get a million-dollar judgment against Dobry enforced. He's also being sued by Richard Marchese for defamation and assault. Hasn't been all that great a year for the Puggle.

I'd just asked Jancie about you the other day ... glad to see that the rumors of your demise were greatly exaggerated ... lol I think the last 18 months summation will go kinda like this ...
