Are English Canadians stupid ? (Or the intelligent persons - like you -, are a minority.)

Possible answer:

Yes (English Canadians are stupid.)
No (English Canadians are not stupid. Only a minority like me are.)
I don't know. (I never thought to this question because I'm not sure if I'm truly an English Canadian. May be, I have some French blood.)
