Actually, the US is surprising me. It appears to be playing it honestly and consistently- -it's leaning on the Paks to get the groups the Indians (and now the US) regards as terrorists under control.

Depends on which moment you want to qoute the Administration. Put Bush and Musharraf on a stage on Bush will say with glee how the two have the same goals; a few days later he'll demand that Pakistan do more; a half day later he'll tell India that they should give credit to Pakistan for their efforts.

And India is a lot bigger with a lot more people and targets. Probably more targets than the Paks have nukes. The converse is unlikely to be true.

So I guess that means India wins. All we need to do is demand that the region keep their nuclear fallout within their own airspace.
