Washington Post has brief snippet about class action lawsuit against OCCF, filed in Roanoke; can't seem to find a link from their website. Looks like the lawyers clean up again.

The Sales Manager stated in an article that they had added shifts to try to keep up with demand. I think that will suggest they are on track. This combined with the fact that Bob's investing strategy has been halted plus all the bad debt revisions in Q4 should combine for a nice current Q (and future Q's). They do need a new CEO and I'm sure someone (Unterberg?) is on the case. In sum it makes for a bullish situation. Doesn't look like i'll get any at $ 1.30. Maybe $ 1.50 a little later - it'll be a see-saw day and we could indeed finish in the green. If not, January looks promising to me. Happy New Year reh/long
