It is my understanding that former DSC shareholders will receive at least $0.80 per each new ALA share after the swap. If there were no legal fees, the pay-out would be nearly $1.04. The bottom line is that I will receive something out of this. The form was postmarked 12/26/01, received on 12/29/01, and everything had to be post-marked 12/31/01. I have all of the necessary documentation, and mailed the forms this morning, certified.
