JC, There was some objection that Via might not make much during this quarter, but I said they were shipping many many CPUs and reduced the top end to 35%. Reading back in the sequence you will see I was referring to the total being 38-40% and then backed it down to 35. Of course we may never know what Via ships, what with their patent aggro with Intel they may well minimize this(lie about it, I mean). I would be surprised of Transmeta shipped even 1-2%, but Via has 6-7% well within reach. Bill
