Sure LMT (Lockheed Martin), Boeing, and Raytheon would the the prime candidates to be the Prime Builder of the Shield. And as we have another round of missile building they too will get the Lion's share of this business. Of course General Dynamics owns the submarine and tank business and a good portion of the ship business. Northrop Grumman will play in the shield, and owns the Aircraft Carrier and other ship businesses and plays a major role in the aircraft business with LMT and Boeing. But if peace breaks out these could be frozen tundra, all of them have had significant run ups. General Dynamics is the safest bet.
