All possible. Are you suggesting negotiation with such an enemy or only that their defeat will be difficult? What do you recommend? Finding and finishing them wherever they may be. Or cowering in the corner begging for mercy? Re. "In my neighborhood" - is that supposed to frighten me? Well I am a taxpayer so these guys want me dead anyway irrespective of anything I may say. How about you? Ever pay taxes to the US govt.? Well probably, since most nations pay some form of duty when exporting goods or services here. So you are probably on their list as well? Re. "Suitcase Nukes" - I have no doubt that if he (OBL)had them he would have used them - already. Therefore, I don't feel compelled to demand assurances from my government, only insistence that it does everything in it's power to ensure he never obtains them.
