I am suggesting we stop making the problem worse.

No Michael, what Kenneth is suggesting is that Earth has a delicate balance that man must preserve or it may become uninhabitable. You seem to think that abusing the earth is ok. Well it isn't and in the long run taking care of the planet will produce positive results as opposed to drilling in Alaska which has none or building a useless shield which has none.

Just one tiny little planet a fly spec in the universe totally fragile filled with a bunch of morons who are more worried about how to kill each other than keeping the planet living and growing for future generations. Sorry bud this is the only planet we got and we better take care of it!

we should *try* and control the natural heating and cooling of the earth's climate
We already are, we are just doing it in a haphazard manner in a single direction.
