Westi: I would like to Thank the Lord for doing something miraculous for me last night . I'm 53 yrs of age, much too old to be playing basketball but its a Greg...God thing...meaning God understands my foolishment and allows it anyway. !! I was playing last night and went down with an excrutiating back pain. I have suffered for several years with chronic back pain. I had the elders of my church pray over my back Sunday morning. Well I was carried off the floor and they guys laid me on a bench. I told them to keep on playing. I wouldnt tell them but I was literally paralyzed in pain. The worse I have ever felt in my life. For 20 minutes I laid there unable to move I heard a voice that said Greg, get up and walk ! I said Lord I cant ! The voice said you can do it! Just get up ! Well it took me about 5 minutes but I got up and was able to dig my thumbs into my back as hard as I could just to keep my back from cramping ! I started walking the halls for about a half hour. The more I walked the better my back felt. Today it feels better than it has in years. While I was laying there helpless flat on my back, it was like God came down and looked me in the eye and said , now Greg ! Now !! you are totally helpless and dependent on Me. Now !! I'll show you what I can do . And it felt like surgery without anesthesia for those 20 minutes but I have been praising God all day long for I believe doing surgery on me last night. Whatever it was that had been catching in my back for 2 years has been healed and I give Him the praise...
