Jeff,
the VIX is making a nice rounding bottom. Check out the 60min chart. I think that we saw the lows on the VIX last week. I don't think we go into the teens like some people are predicting. I think we are on our way to 36/37 relatively quickly.

I don't think that we have seen anything that says that this isn't a bear market rally.

I want to be a bull, really I do. But I don't think we are there yet.
