re: Nasdung, It can't get any worse! well, it can actually get a lot worse. i expect the naz to break 1200 in the next year or two as it mean-reverts. an overcorrection could be much worse still. the bright side of a correction to 1150 or so is that i could finally buy into the naz with expected long-term returns of 7.5%, because i am really a tech bull and in my optimism, i think they can achieve that level from 1150. alternatively, the index could stay at 1950 for another eight years, at which point i could expect 7.5% returns starting in the ninth year.
