Henry lease rates are minimal increase if anything at all lately. Housing property on the high end, meaning over 2m has been reduced in price. It could be that LA is close to topping price wise.

Houses around me now remain on the market far longer than before. Though there has not been a reduction in price there has not been much selling either.

About four months a ago, a loan officer I know was seeing a reduction in applications for new loans. Perhaps there is a bit more concern here than elsewhere.
