Iso and thread, Happy New Year all,

I believe I mentioned a minor moderation in temps to you, isopatch, but did not believe it worth any mention on thread.

Forecast stands, JAN/FEB to be colder than normal, quite likely a SIGNIFICANT colder than normal, some extension of that into March probable. Minor interludes of moderation just the normal pattern balancing.

Now that we have the cold, that minor moderation will allow winter storm action to begin in my area, Pennsylvania, and of course other areas will be effected. Any increase in US snowpack will aid the cold.

Have some data I just discovered in my files from way back that may allow me to be more specific on winter storms over rest of winter, take a few days for me to get the time to nail it down.

As usual, no warranty is implied, just my best efforts.

Best Regards,

Roebear
