Hawk, I, too, think most big caps have had it. Small caps can still do something high and wild enough to give them a shot at an up year no matter what the market does. As for me, I like small caps denominated in Euros and Commonwealth currencies. And even in the Yen. Despite Japan's wish to inflate, they are stuck with a population that saves money at any rate of interest. While we have one that spends no matter what rate of interest is offered.
