Just read your last post.

that i installed w2k on the c drive after installing w95.


If I understand you corrctly you now have W2K on your C:
drive with FAT32 and W2K on your D: with W2K and NTFS and
your PC is booting right to your C: drive without giving
you a boot menu. If that is all correct all you need to do
now is load an appropriate boot.ini on to C: drive and
everything should work fine. Let me know if everything above
is correct than I'll go to my other PC which is an XP/W2K
dual boot then copy and appropriately edit it so that it'd
work for you with a W2K/W2k dual boot.
