China is watching closely the "awakening of the sleeping giant now filled with a terrible resolve". I don't consider building a defense system as "bullying". They should and will have a new fear and respect of the US though which can only be good. Take for instance Yemen who were uncooperative, even obstructive with our investigation of the USS Cole attack,(an act of war). Since the whooping we have put on the Taliban they are lately "joining in" the war on terrorism. They have attacked Al-Quida camps within their borders. The towelheads thought we were fat and happy and self-absorbed (mainly caused by Clit'n because he was). They didn't believe we would or could act effectively to defend our interests. The strategy laid out by combining covert and overt operations have been enormously successful and the world has watched. We are not bullies but we are not chumps either. Unfortunately, the liberal sissies weaken our image by opposing anything military. After 9/11 the general public wants security and therefore these programs will be sure to happen.
