The nay sayers will come up with the objections. But I remain firm that where this is a demand, the market will find a way to fill it. Currently, world broadcasting is speculation. Long term, its a no brainer. Going to Canada and Mexico would be not that difficult to arrange. As far as the rest of the continent, Spanish and English covers 90 percent of it. Beyond the Americas, adding stations with other languages could easily be done. As long as countries make part of the profit, they will welcome satellite radio with open arms... Its all about money and always will be.
