Hi, Peter - First, Happy New Year! "802.11b is proving little other than it was good enough for use in your home, and your office The cost of access has nothing to do with 802.11b, HomePlug, HomeRF, etc., and .11b is not a barrier to anything better, anymore than IS-136 is a barrier to anything." Well...ask a guy who spent $700 buying an 802.11b setup last year, that he's still happy with. How soon will he want to spend that money again? I'd like to suggest that an 802.11a/g replacement will have to be clearly better (in functionality and ease of use), and preferably cheaper - or, at least equal in price. But maybe we're disagreeing about different things, here. Best regards, Jim
