Just to reiterate the initial point I made, Intel stock could easily be cut in half without a tech industry collapse or a general economic collapse.

I don't think that's a high probability event, but it still could happen. And it wouldn't be the end of the world if it did.

GV, What would make "the tech industry collapse" in your book? Something like revenues cut in half? What was the worst downturn?
