Answer to #1...Do you know of mail service that is delivered at 7:00 P.M. or Executives at the FDA that sit around waiting until 7:00 P.M. and say..."Lets call up IMCL and give them some New Year's Cheer!" (:>) Answer to #2...Not necessarily that the word leaked but the fact it was Friday, and Monday was the latest date the filing could be accepted and Wall Street traders didn't want to be left holding over the weekend. Remember, IMCL knew this was an issue and it would have been the prudent thing for the CEO to immediately announce the results "because" the stock was tanking. The fact they didn't release any information probably confirmed the news wasn't good. Answer to #3...YES! Remember the CEO sold to the tune of millions of dollars. Have a Happy New Year!
